Carena Hulley

Director, Occupational Therapist

Carena is a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Director of Therapy 4 Learning. Carena started the business in 2012 to give children and families a better experience of therapy. Carena has worked in a variety of health settings in Australia and the UK. Prior to starting Therapy 4 Learning Carena worked in child, adolescent and adult mental health, provided staff training to Melbourne Health Employees and Lectured at Latrobe University and The Australian Catholic University. Carena has done extensive training autism specific therapies including Floortime DIR, Early Start Denver Model and Therapeutic Listening. Carena has a special interest in the development of social skills. Carena is also the mother of four children, so she understands the realities of trying to balance family and work life. In her free time Carena enjoys cooking, going to the beach and enjoying a pot of tea with friends.

Laura

Music Therapist

Laura- is a music therapist from New Orleans. Laura has extra training in Floortime DIR and can use music to help your child do amazing things from engaging in play to brushing their teeth. Laura plays a variety of instruments, but her favourite is the guitar. Laura is also a massive cat lover.

Emma

SOS certified Feeding Therapist and Dietitian

I’m Emma, a feeding therapist, dietitian and nutritionist. I love helping children learn to enjoy new foods, and helping families take the stress out of mealtimes. My special interest is working with super fussy eaters. I also have experience seeing children with eating disorders, allergies, gut problems and overeaters. I always strive to make my sessions fun. In my spare time I love spending time with my friends and families.

Kelly

Occupational Therapist

I’m Kelly, an Occupational Therapist who graduated with a Master’s Degree from Swinburne University. I love engaging with children and their families to support them to do what is important to them and achieve their goals. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to deliver family centred therapy in a fun and exciting way. On a personal level I enjoy traveling and exploring new places, watching live music, discovering new cafes and restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Laura

Admin and customer support

I’m Emma, I will help you with bookings and payments. I am your first port of call for any enquiries. I love cooking and crafts and my cat. I love getting to explore new parts of Melbourne and Victoria.

Guy

Admin Team

I am Guy, I manage the Therapy 4 Learning information technology systems, website, email and social media. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends, walking my dog, and listening to Podcasts.
